Do It for You

Can someone apply to jobs for me while I work?

Yes. Marcus Reemployment offers a Do It for You job search for people who don't have time to spend every night searching and applying. With your permission, Marcus can find jobs, complete applications using your approved information, contact recruiters and hiring managers from your job-search email, and follow up. You handle interviews, assessments, background checks, negotiations, and employment decisions.

How does it work?

You save the role you want and the place you can work. Marcus looks for recent public postings. A Marcus worker can prepare applications from the information you provide. You review that information before it is submitted. After you apply, Marcus can look for named people at that company and draft outreach from the mailbox you connect.

The Application Helper can copy the fields you already approved and draft an answer. It does not submit the application by itself.

You keep the parts only you can do

If you were just laid off, start with job search help after a layoff. If you are still employed, you can search without quitting first.

How the work is split

Can Marcus actually submit applications for me?

A Marcus worker can complete applications using the information you give us. You review that information before it is submitted. The software does not secretly click Submit.

Will Marcus send follow-ups?

Yes. Follow-up is part of the search. You can review what is sent. Marcus does not keep writing to someone after you say to stop.

What happens when I get an interview?

That part is yours. Marcus can help you get to the conversation. You attend the interview, complete any assessment, and decide what to do with an offer.

Can I review my information first?

Yes. You review the information before an application is submitted and before outreach is sent.

Does Marcus guarantee interviews or a job?

No. Our job is to handle much of the application work so you can focus on the interviews when they come. The employer decides who to interview and who to hire.

Keep your day. Let the search move.

You should not have to spend every night on job boards to be taken seriously.

You keep working. Marcus handles much of the application work.
