About
Marcus helps people get hired. The company is Marcus Facilities LLC.
Marcus Reemployment is a job-search service for people who need the work of applying done with them, not a lecture about trying harder.
It is operated by Marcus Facilities LLC.
Built from a real job search
Brittany Washington is the founder. She is a three-time engineer, in civil, software, and cloud, and a Texas A&M graduate. She built the process for herself in a hard market: find real postings, apply, research who to contact, follow up, and keep the search organized. She then tested that process outside her own field.
Marcus is that process, offered to other people. Traditional recruiters are paid by the hiring company. Marcus works on the job seeker's side.
What Marcus actually does
- Finds recent public job postings for one saved role and one saved location
- Keeps an Application Passport of information the person has approved
- Helps complete applications, with a review before anything is submitted
- Looks for named people at the employer after an application
- Sends outreach only from a mailbox the job seeker owns
A person can run the search themselves, or use Do It for You and have a Marcus worker do more of that work. Either way, Marcus does not guarantee an interview or a job. If you want the short version of “can someone apply for me,” read apply to jobs for me.
Who it is for
Job seekers who were laid off, people quietly looking while they still have a job, veterans moving into civilian work, and people who need a second income. Employers, workforce programs, and sponsors can pay for the service for someone else. The job seeker still has their own account.
